Individuals with strong a cognition will process one’s information thoroughly before they can make any assumptions. Others, on the other hand,re quick to make an assumption by use of a single trait expressed randomly which gives them a wrong impression about the individual (Jhangiani, and Tarry). One should therefore have a deeper understanding of a person’s information before he or she makes any perception or label.
