These activities are the crucial aspects as recruiting them will be needing proper communication and awareness about the positive aspects of the blood donation. Manipulating facing individual through proper communication is a tough work that needs patience and proper knowledge about the donation. Standing a representative who was positively affected by the donation can be a positive aspect for motivating other donors. Challenges And Preventive Measures There will be certain challenges faced during the coordination with other representatives and motivating the new donors who might not feel safe about the donation. This might affect the involvement and role of the donors that will lack in the overall objective of the project. For the contingency plan, it can be stated that proper communication should be made between the representatives of different companies and an effective communication plan should be executed in addition with the proper minute to minute meetings with them. These methods will be helpful I improving the communication and thus project could be delivered in a successful manner. A representative will be presented in front of everyone who will discuss and share their story about the positive effects of the blood donation that will be helpful in motivating the new donors. Awareness program will be executed regarding these aspects in manner to ensure the donors that they are contributing at the right place and donation will be contributed to the society benefits.
